Two monthly plans

IT that works the way your business does

Complete Care if you do not have an IT department. Corporate Care if you do. Either way, we take responsibility for keeping your technology moving.

Complete Care

You do not have an IT team

We are the IT department. Your people call us. We handle the network, the devices, the backups, and the vendors.

  • End-user phone, email, and on-site support
  • Managed antivirus and EDR, watched by a 24/7 SOC
  • Web filtering
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup included

Corporate Care

You already have IT staff

Your IT team supports the end users. We support your IT team. We also sit in as the outsourced IT executive when you need that.

  • Unlimited support for your IT team
  • Cover when IT staff are out sick or on PTO
  • Help hire and manage IT personnel
  • Monitoring, patching, vendors, and server backups

Managed IT

Both plans include monitoring, patching, vendors, documentation, and business reviews. Desk hours are 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday. Emergencies get a one-hour response, any day including holidays.

  • Remote monitoring around the clock, with an on-call technician for high-severity alerts
  • Phone, email, and portal help desk. We acknowledge requests within one hour during desk hours
  • Unlimited phone, email, and on-site support
  • Security and OS updates on covered workstations and servers, applied after we test them
  • Vendor management for internet, phones, copiers, hosting, and similar providers
  • Network documentation you can view or download, plus regular business reviews

Everything watched

One team accountable for all of it.

Whether we are your IT department or supporting the team you already have, monitoring, patching, vendors, and documentation stay connected.

Defense in depth

Security does not clock out.

Endpoints are protected, suspicious activity is watched around the clock, and an outbreak gets the same urgency as a network outage.

24/7 SOCManaged EDRWeb filtering

Cybersecurity

Complete Care puts managed antivirus and EDR on every covered server and workstation, watched by a 24/7 security operations center. Corporate Care includes our recommended antivirus and monitoring of definition updates. Either way, an outbreak is treated as a network-down event.

  • Complete Care: managed antivirus and EDR, plus a 24/7 SOC
  • Complete Care: web filtering, set to the rules you want
  • Corporate Care: recommended antivirus, with definition updates watched
  • Outbreak treated as a network-down event

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

If the office runs on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we manage that environment. Moves and rebuilds are scoped as a project.

  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace as part of the managed environment
  • Backup of mailboxes, cloud documents, and SharePoint or Team Drives
  • Laptops and PCs managed even when they are not on the office network
  • We work with your line-of-business vendors to keep those apps available

Work from anywhere

The office is wherever your people are.

Mail, files, collaboration, and managed devices stay connected and protected inside the platform your business uses.

Recovery, proven

A backup only counts when it restores.

Copies stay offsite, restore checks run on a schedule, and recovery expectations are clear before anything goes wrong.

Offsite copiesRestore checksRecovery plan

Backup and recovery

We back up servers, keep an offsite copy, and test restores on a calendar.

  • Image-based backups of servers, plus offsite copies
  • Backup frequency set with you, not a one-size daily promise
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup for mail, files, and SharePoint or Team Drives
  • File, folder, and mailbox restores as part of the plan
  • Full recovery measured in hours, usually from the previous day's copy

Practical by design

AI and Automation

AI is changing too quickly to build your business around one vendor. We help you choose the right tools for each job, protect company data, and create workflows that can adapt as models and platforms change.

  • Find practical uses for AI in everyday work
  • Compare tools based on the job, not the vendor
  • Use multiple AI providers where it makes sense
  • Keep company knowledge, prompts, and processes under your control
  • Design workflows that can move between providers
  • Connect AI tools with the systems your business already uses
  • Set clear rules for security, access, and sensitive information

Built to stay flexible

Your workflow should outlast the tool.

We keep company knowledge, prompts, and process decisions under your control so changing providers does not mean starting over.
